| I was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, educated at Mills College. I married a Naval Officer, traveled the world, and was inspired by Southern Folk Artists who were "outside" the convention of "Fine Art" |
My Paintings are done on "Glass Canvases", with the exception of some of my furniture pieces. I utilize both surfaces of the glass via my technique of "forward and reverse painting" |
In this way, I express depth and perspective in an innovative way. Response to my work is consistently happy and joyous. That is how I know I am doing what I was born to do. |
